There are lots of mental health continuums available; this is the one we use.
We find that if you are going to talk about mental health, it is helpful to use language that we as humans are already comfortable with. So, we use words that we are familiar with for our physical states: healthy, injured, hurt.
We know that we are more resilient to stress if we connect with others and share how we are really doing on the inside.
