Youth Mental Health Toolkit

At the outset of COVID we partnered with the Winnipeg Blue Bomber Football Club to provide nine topics of mental health resources for young athletes in Manitoba. After the first nine were completed we felt there was more to say, so we continued with 11 more subject areas to create a toolkit of 20 mental health concepts to support young athletes.
