Mental Skills Living

We often talk about the idea of mental skills training. Perhaps we invest for a bit of time, stop doing it and the benefits go away, so we get frustrated and abandon it altogether. But maybe we need to recognize that mental-skills-training is more a way of life? I think it makes more sense to figure out how you work. Continually learn about your vulnerabilities. And, rather than get frustrated every time they show up, notice your patterns and learn to manage them better. Challenge yourself to live a bit more fully each day by always learning how to get better.
